Three people are facing charges after sheriff's deputies say they found more than 100 people at an underage drinking party in Canandaigua.
Sheriff's deputies tell News10NBC they were called to the scene of a possible party at a home on Routes 5 and 20 around 12 a.m. Friday. When they arrived, deputies say they found 144 people, all under the age of 21, along with alcohol, marijuana and prescription drugs.
Officials say three men were identified as the home's lease holders and they admitted that the party had gotten out of hand.
Nineteen-year-old Christopher Shea of Churchville, 19-year-old Christopher Haines of Rochester and 18-year-old Zachary Stedman of Kendall are charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and alcohol, and unlawful dealing with a child. Haines is additionally charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.
