A Rochester woman who was arrested before for allegedly threatening to kill President Barack Obama is once again in trouble with the law.
Christine Wright-Darrisaw, 37, was originally arrested in 2012 and is currently under indictment for allegedly threatening the president.
Federal prosecutors say Wright-Darrisaw was re-arrested and charged with violating her conditions of pre-trial release.
Authorities say since her release, Wright-Darrisaw has had several run-ins with the law, including one last week at the Webster Avenue Rec Center. Prosecutors say Darrisaw was involved in a dispute in which she told a person, "My husband has guns and I'm gonna shoot you."
Prosecutors say two days later, Wright-Darrisaw contacted the Social Security department in which she told the person on the phone, "I am going to the office tomorrow and take that agent to hell with me."
Wright-Darrisaw is currently in custody pending a detention hearing scheduled for August 23.
