A person driving with a suspended license crashed into a car, sending two people to the hospital Sunday afternoon.
Police say just before 4 o'clock an SUV traveling north bound on North Plymoth Avenue ran a red light and crashed into a westbound car.
The impact trapped the 20-year-old female driver in the car. Fire crews took about twenty minutes to cut her out with the jaws of life.
The passenger in the car was able to get himself out.
Both the driver of the car and the passenger were taken to hospital to be treated.
The driver of the SUV was ticketed for running a red light and arrested for driving with a suspended license.
