A 16-year-old charged in the death of a Rochester man back in May has been indicted by a grand jury.
Police say Vincent Walters killed Timothy Woods, 53, who was also known as Fatima.
Woods was stabbed in the early morning hours of May 30 following an argument with a woman. He collapsed and died at a gas station on Dewey Avenue.
Investigators believe others, including Walters, got involved in the argument, and Walters stabbed Woods.
Rochester Police Chief Jim Sheppard says tips from the community helped police find Walters.
Walters is charged with second degree murder. He's being held in the Monroe County Jail.
