Rochester, N.Y. - A community activist who once faced charges for filming Rochester Police Officers during a traffic stop is running for Monroe County Sheriff'
The Green Party endorsed Emily Good in the race.
Good was arrested in May 2011, for arresting officers during a traffic stop. The charge was later dropped.
In an announcement from the Green Party, Good said she pledges to target the causes of violence, and to oversee a department that is both transparent and accountable.
Good is holding a press conference to discuss her run on Tuesday.
