Monday Street Closures For Spider-Man Movie Shoot

Filming wraps up Thursday but there's still plenty of action downtown, so street closures could still affect you if you’re downtown.

Main Street between South Plymouth and South avenues will be closed to vehicles. The restrictions run from 5 a.m. until 9 p.m.

On Sunday plenty of on-lookers along the Main Street barriers along from Plymouth to South heard gun shots as a scene played out nearby.

Superfan Justin Presciutti of Greece met one of the stunt doubles Friday--the film's director Marc Webb tweeted the picture.

Justin, who has cerebral palsy, is a huge Spidey fan, and he was chosen as one of the extras last week.

Justin's dad said their role as extras is over, but the director invited Justin back to watch the filming for the rest of the week.
