There is a deal in place to help Kodak pay millions of dollars in back taxes it owes to New York state.
Last year, the state filed a claim with the bankruptcy court saying the company owed more than $5 million - half of that taxes and half of that interest plus a penalty.
The proposed resolution would give the state more than $3.5 million and would be paid in part with a sales and use tax refund owed to Kodak.
If the proposal receives no objections by Monday, Kodak can go ahead with the settlement without prior approval of the bankruptcy court judge.
