RCSD Superintendent To Testify In Albany Tuesday
The superintendent of the Rochester City School District will travel to Albany on Tuesday to testify before state lawmakers.
Bolgen Vargas will meet with educational officials and legislative leaders to discuss the impact of Governor Cuomo's budget on Rochester schools.
Vargas will focus on the need for more funding for a full kindergarten day, expanded day schedules and flexible transportation to promote neighborhood schools.
