When you start thinking of who or what you are thankful for, you become aware of all the good things in your life and feeling good about them. This will help you work through whatever it is you may be experiencing, because you are shifting your focus off of the negative and on to the positive.
When you shift your focus to the positive, you will find more to be thankful for. This change of mindset will attract positive people and positive situations.
Think about it, when you're happy and smiling from ear to ear; how much better your day goes, how many times complete strangers compliment you, or how others want to know what has you so happy so they can get to where you are!
Never limit your happiness! And remember no matter what you are going through, there is always something to be grateful for.
