Chad Johnson Restraining Order Dropped
Reality TV star Evelyn Lozada has had a restraining order dropped against her ex-husband Chad Johnson following an alleged fight in August.
The former Miami Dolphins player was arrested and charged with misdemeanor battery following the domestic altercation, which prompted Lozada to file for divorce after just a month of marriage.
Johnson pleaded not guilty to the charge and was subsequently placed on probation, ordered to complete an extensive anger management class, and banned from approaching or talking to his ex.
However, the former couple reunited in a Florida court on Monday as Lozada filed a request to end the protection order. Her motion was granted after a brief hearing, according to TMZ.com.
