Rochester Man Shot Dead On Tremont St.
A Rochester man was shot dead in the doorway of his home late Tuesday night, according to Rochester police.
RPD Captain John Dearcop says officers responded to a call around 10:20 p.m. of a person shot at 444 Tremont St.
When officers arrived, they reportedly found a 32-year-old man "obviously deceased" with a gunshot wound to his chest.
Officers do not have any suspects in custody and are working to find any information that could lead to an arrest.
