Comedian Katt Williams is facing a new lawsuit by a disgruntled fan.
Brian Herline has accused the troubled star of wrapping up his stand-up show in Oakland after just 10 minutes on 16 November in order to confront a heckler and allegedly attempt to fight at least three audience members.
Now Williams and bosses at entertainment firm Live Nation have been named in a class action lawsuit for his less-than-stellar performance.
Herline filed the papers on Wednesday in Alameda County and is seeking unspecified damages, according to TMZ.com.
This is the latest in a slew of legal problems for Williams. He was arrested the day before the alleged incident on allegations of battery and he was recently hit with a $5 million lawsuit over accusations he assaulted a female assistant. Last month he was also taken into custody on a possible gun violation.
