A judge has given Chris Brown permission to tour Europe after ruling the R&B star is "in compliance" with his probation.
The Kiss Kiss hitmaker is halfway through a five-year probation term for assault charges related to his 2009 attack on then-girlfriend Rihanna.
The couple has reportedly reconciled in recent weeks - and Brown was spotted kissing and cuddling the Umbrella hitmaker at her Hollywood Halloween party on Wednesday night.
And now it seems he has found favor in court following a hearing on Thursday.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Patricia Schnegg gave the singer her blessing to travel, allowing Brown to cement plans for a European tour, which is scheduled to begin in Denmark on November 14.
The judge set the star's next progress hearing January 17.
