Rochester Police Investigate Shooting On Spencer St.
A man in his 50s was shot on Spencer St. near Lyell Ave. Monday night.
The victim was shot in the lower body and is expected to survive.
No word yet on suspects. If you have information that could help police make an arrest, you're asked to call CrimeStoppers at 423-9300.
