Lil Wayne May Cut Off His Dreads
There is a possibility that once Lil Wayne reports to prison that he may have to cut off his dreads!
An expert on jail procedures and protocol says that New York inmates aren't allowed to have excessive hair on their head unless the hair is in cornrows; and even cornrows can't reach past the neck.
The only way Wayne would be able to keep his hair is if he entered into jail under a faulty "Rastafari" religion.
