Despite a jam-packed schedule of touring, recording and court dates in the past year, Lil Wayne always carves out time to make a baby.

With this week's confirmation that R&B singer Nivea is carrying his fourth child, the rapper will soon have a grand total of four kids by four different mothers - a son born last October by a Cincinnati woman, another son born last month to actress Lauren London, and daughter Reginae with ex-wife Antonia "Toya" Carter of the BET reality series "Tiny & Toya."

Lil Wayne confirmed to BBC's Tim Westwood that his fourth child will indeed be with Nivea, the ex-wife of producer/singer The Dream. Dream, meanwhile, is expecting a child with new wife Christina Milian.
