Michael Jackson's mother Katherine is denying reports from Us Weekly that his three kids will be included in the upcoming A&E reality series "The Jacksons: A Family Dynasty," which focuses on the Jackson family in the wake of his death.
Prince, 12, Paris, 11, and Blanket, 7, were said to be included in the filming, to the dismay of eldest sibling Rebbie, 59, who along with brother Randy have refused to take part in the project.
In response to Us Weekly's report early Wednesday, Rebbie said she "feels Michael would spin in his grave if he knew his kids would be on this show."
Katherine reached out to celebrity gossip site TMZ to set the record straight, saying the children will not be involved - because her son would not have wanted them to be in the public eye.
Despite Us Weekly's reports to the contrary, Michael's sister Janet Jackson has also decided not to participate in the filming.
A&E neither confirmed nor denied the Us Weekly report but said the reality series revolves around Michael Jackson's brothers, Jackie, Jermaine, Tito and Marlon.
"Filming is taking place right now," A&E said in a statement. "As production moves forward, it is entirely possible that the brothers' paths will intersect with other members of the Jackson family, who may or may not be included in the finished series."
A&E said that it could not "at this point definitively know who else may make an appearance in the series."
Tentatively set to air in December, "Dynasty" will be either five one-hour episodes or 10 half-hour episodes.
