Though DJ AM's death was tragic, his value of his estate isn't.
According to TMZ, the popular DJ has had his estate tallied up, and based off his assets he leaves behind a solid millie. According to documents, AM (real name Adam Goldstein) had $3.5 mil in real estate assets alone.
Apart from finances, AM's MTV documentary, Gone Too Far, will reportedly air on MTV on Monday (October 12). The documentary focuses on AM's work with drug addicts to help them overcome drug abuse. AM succumbed to a drug overdose in August. AM's family released a statement explaining their push for the eight-episode series to air.
"It is our hope through airing this show that people will get to see the side of Adam that we knew and loved, not just the celebrity DJ, but the honest and caring person who gave so much of himself to help others."
