After weeks and weeks of speculation, newlywed Christina Milian has finally confirmed that she and her music-producer husband The-Dream are going to have a baby.
"My husband and I are expecting," she told People.com Friday night at MGM Grand's Tabu lounge. "We're about four and a half months along, about 19 weeks."
Milian says she and her husband know the sex of the child, but are choosing to keep the information to themselves.
According to People, there was an undeniable baby bump under her flowing dress at the event, where she sipped water and danced on her VIP table with a group of girlfriends.
The confirmation of the pregnancy comes less than a month after she was married in Las Vegas. The wedding, she claims, was not as spontaneous as some in the blogosphere have speculated.
"Honestly, it was kind of planned," she said. "We were engaged for many months."
As previously reported, the couple is currently planning a second wedding ceremony in Los Angeles for family and friends who could not attend the Vegas nuptials.
