Injured rapper Drake hobbled back onto the "Young Money Presents: The America's Most Wanted Music Festival" tour Tuesday night when it rolled through his hometown of Toronto, reports MTV.
Against doctor's orders, the artist limped onstage while still suffering from a torn ACL he suffered several weeks ago that was further damaged when he fell onstage in Camden, New Jersey last week.
The tour features Lil Wayne, Pleasure P, Jeremih, Soulja Boy Tell'em and Young Jeezy.
Half-leaning, half-sitting on a stool towards the front of the stage, Drake performed during Wayne's set, and joined Trey Songz for his current hit "Successful."
"You know I could never let my city down," Drake said after his performance. Drake also called Wayne the greatest entertainer he ever saw and the two hugged. Drake walked offstage with a cane.
Word has it that the Toronto performance was just a one time thing, and that Drake will continue to rest and recuperate at home following surgery to repair his knee.
