An L.A. judge officially named Katherine Jackson guardian to Michael's three children Monday.
Last Thursday, Katherine and Debbie Rowe, the biological mother of Prince, 12, and Paris, 11, reached a custody agreement, their lawyers announced then. Rowe will be granted supervised visitation rights. (Michael is also father to Blanket, 7, from a separate surrogate mother.)
The Associated Press reports Prince and Paris signed declarations that they wanted to continue living with Katherine, who has had temporary custody of all the kids since their father's June 25th death from cardiac arrest.
Attorneys for Michael's longtime dermatologist Arnold Klein -- the biological father to Prince and Paris -- attended the hearing to ensure he'd have "long-standing involvement" with the kids.
"Klein is not objecting as it relates to guardianship of kids of Michael Jackson," said his lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan. "Dr. Klein wants a relationship with the children and is committed to Michael Jackson. Dr. Klein has unique interests."
Michael named his mom, 79, in a 2002 will as his first choice to raise his kids.
