Rihanna was all smiles over her 12 million albums sold plaque at Def Jam's spring preview. Today the pop diva is said to be prepping for a leading Hollywood role!
"Rihanna will start filming 'Personal Protection' later this year," an unidentified source told NY Daily News.
"She's not ready acting wise, yet, so she's meeting with a coach"
News of Rihanna's rumored coaching follows a story unveiled earlier this year that pitted her as the leading lady for a remake of "The Bodyguard". Starring Whitney Houston and Kevin Costner, in the early 90s, 'The Bodyguard' ushered Houston into mega star status with not just one hit single but four, including "I Will Always Love You" and "I Have Nothing". The flick also ushered Houston into Hollywood with follow up roles in "Waiting to Exhale" and "The Preacher's Wife".
If said film is the real deal, Rihanna could be bowing in Hollywood as early as 2010 !
