"Rochester: A Day Of Health" Event to Aid Uninsured, Underserved Residents

WHY: To help uninsured Rochester residents learn how to sign up for affordable health care coverage and how to prevent disease and reduce the risk of complications from chronic conditions.
The event is free and open to the public. Individuals interested in applying for health care coverage will need to bring proper identification, proof of age, home address and family income. Experts will assist families with enrolling in affordable health care coverage and free health screenings will be made available.
