CHAKA KHAN, PATTI LABELLE AND MORE DO ST. LUCIA JAZZ FEST
The line-up for the 17th annual St. Lucia Jazz Festival has been announced. Chaka Khan, Patti LaBelle, Jeffrey Osborne and more will hit the stage during the three-day jazz extravaganza. Terrence Howard and BeBe Winanas are also among those on the bill.
