Now that the video has surfaced featuring Usher as one of the people taking jabs at the Chris Brown and Rihanna incident, he has released an apology. The singer apologized via a statment for his role in the conversation saying, "The comments made during a recent recording session amongst friends were taken out of context and blown out of proportion. I apologize on behalf of myself and my friends if anyone was offended. The intentions were not to pass judgment and we meant no harm. I respect and wish the best for all parties involved." The video clip was part of Jermaine Dupri's "Living the Life" YouTube series and featured Johnta Austin and Bryan Cox as well. In the clip, Usher commented that Chris should show more remorse after pictures showed him jet-skiing in Miami.
