Scholarships Available
The Rochester West Indian Festival Organization, the voice and vehicle of the Rochester Caribbean community, is again offering $1000 college scholarships to minority applicants from the Rochester area. Applications can be downloaded at www.rwifo.com. The deadline for submitting applications is Saturday, February 14, 2009.
