Jay-Z And King James Give Back
Jay-Z and Lebron James are putting their celebrity to good use. The duo will donate 150 musical instruments to students at the Mesa Arts Academy this weekend.
They have partnered up with Sprite Green and will also sign a donate piano that sits in the school's auditorium.
The event, taking place during NBA's All-Star weekend, is expected to draw more than 200 students. The Mesa Arts Academy is a free charter school that blends arts and music from kindergarten through eighth grade.
Meanwhile, Lebron will be playing in the All-Star game on Sunday at the Airways Center in Phoenix. Tip-off for the event, which will feature a halftime performance by R&B crooner John Legend, will be at 8 p.m.
