Lupe Fiasco Says No To Rap
Lupe Fiasco has said for a while now that he's hanging up his hip hop microphone soon. But now word is, he's moving into a career in rock instead of rap.
According to reports Fiasco is using the new moniker 'Percival Fats,' and is fronting a new rock band called Japanese Cartoon, where he sings in a British accent. He's leaked two tracks so far called "Heirplains" and "Army" via his blog.
No word yet on if Lupe will release an album under the name. But Lupe has always gone against hip-hop norms - like not wearing chains and bling.
