Below is a letter to WDKX's Liz Medhin from the University of Wisconsin-Madison:

Liz, greetings from a very cold Madison. I have some news that I hope warm things upstate.

My colleagues and I in the School of Journalism have been following your career and would hope you could come back April 17 to receive the Nafziger Award, which is given to a JMC graduate for outstanding achievement within ten years of graduation.
