DMX Arrested Yet Again
Rapper DMX was arrested by the FBI in Miami on Tuesday after the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office sought him on suspicion of failing to appear in court.
Sheriff's deputies were headed to Florida to collect the rapper, whose real name is Earl Simmons.
Sheriff Joe Arpaio offered a $5,000 reward for information leading to the capture and arrest of the rapper after he failed to appear in court.
Simmons has been arrested five times by Sheriff's deputies for animal abuse, felony drug possession, traffic violations and defrauding the Mayo Clinic of $7,500 in hospital services.
Simmons is now facing a $120,000 cash bond.
