Relatives of an Arkansas teen accused of planning a racist killing rampage and an attack on Barack Obama say they don't believe the plot was serious. Paul Schlesselman's father says it was "just a lot of talk."
His sister admits her brother was a white supremacist, but she says he's told her by phone that he's "sorry about everything."
Schlesselman and 20-year-old Daniel Cowart from Tennessee are accused of planning to kill 88 black people - beheading 14 of them. They were planning to wear white tuxedos and top hats, and then open fire from a vehicle while speeding toward Obama.
Federal authorities say they did not have the means to carry out the threat. Authorities describe the two as neo-Nazi skinheads who met on the Internet about a month ago. They are being held without bond.
