Lil Wayne Being Sued

Lil' Wayne is facing a copyright infringement lawsuit for his track, "I Feel Like Dying."

Singer Karma Ann Swanepoel is claiming Wayne stole her tune "Once" and turned it into his track, but the two are distinctly different. Karma's "Once" is a folky, guitar-layden ballad, whereas Wayne's "Dying" features a sped-up, chipmunk-sounding sample, as described by TMZ.com Karma says that Wayne's label had been trying to reach an agreement with her for use of the track, but hadn't been able to come to one.

Meanwhile, Lil Wayne's upcoming album Tha Carter III hits stores on June 10th.
