Sean "Diddy" Combs' Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony will take place on Friday (May 2) at 6801 Hollywood Blvd.
The college promoter-turned-record executive will be honored for his life-long contribution of both public and peer appreciation in the entertainment industry.
Beginning with his acting debut in the film "Made," Diddy went on to receive critical acclaim for his supporting role in "Monster's Ball," opposite Halle Berry, and made a successful Broadway debut starring in the lead role of Walter Lee, Jr., in the classic Lorraine Hansberry play, "A Raisin in the Sun," which garnered four Tony Award nominations, including Best Revival of a Play.
In addition, Combs stars in and executive produced the highly anticipated, special three-hour television movie adaptation from Sony Pictures Television of "A Raisin in the Sun." The film will be released on DVD May 14.
The induction ceremony will begin promptly at 11 a.m.
