Mavado Out On Bail
We understand that dancehall artiste David 'Mavado' Brooks who is charged with two counts of shooting with intent and illegal possession of a firearm; was offered bail to the sum of $200,000JA when he appeared in the Gun Court on March 27th to answer to the charges laid against him earlier that week.
The artiste was arrested Wednesday night by detectives assigned to the Major Investigations Task Force after he appeared at their offices to answer questions.
The self proclaimed "Gangsta For Life," was also required to submit his passport to the courts, which means that he will not be able to keep some of his commitments to perform abroad.
