We have learned that dancehall's bad boy, David 'Mavado' Brooks, despite all the negativity being thrown his way in the last few weeks is still focused on broadening his horizons and expanding his music to different areas.
According to Mavado's manager, Julian Jones-Griffith, Rockstar Games, designers of some of the biggest titles in the video game market, are about to launch the latest installment of their Grand Theft Auto, Liberty City series, volume 4.
"One of the trailers they are using has Mavado singing Real McKoy as the backing music. He recorded several tracks for one of the radio stations featured in the game, but the people at Rockstar are big Mavado fans and went with the track for the trailer." Jones-Griffith told WDKX.com.
Mavado is slated to appear at the US launch of the game in Manhattan in May alongside Busta Rhymes and others.
