Sometimes, growing up with really cool parents can lead to serious personal injury. Just ask Rashida Jones.
Over two decades back, when the 32-year-old actress was a wee girl of 10, her dad, Quincy Jones, was spending a lot of time at Neverland Ranch because he was producing Michael Jackson's albums. Since the place is kiddie-friendly (or is, y'know, rumored to be) led Quincy to bring his young daughter along, which is when the problem started.
"I have had the pleasure of being bit by a monkey - namely Bubbles, Michael Jackson's chimpanzee," the star of the new sitcom Unhitched told late-night host Conan O'Brien on Tuesday. "I have a scar. I was standing next to his cage and he grabbed something out of my hand. I opened the cage and the monkey started throwing things at me. I tried to punish him by lightly hitting him on the head, and he grabbed my hand and bit down on it like a sandwich."
That'll teach you, Rashida. Don't monkey around with primates!
