The rumors were circulating all over the world from England to Canada and beyond that reggae icon Beres Hammond passed away.

People were calling all over to find out if is it true.

Ladies rest assured he is alive and well...

I had to check with one of Beres' friends who assured, "he can't be dead, I just spoke with him!"

Honestly, I have to wonder, who really get these rumors going...and who's the next person will be on the list?
