Diddy Changes His Name Again!
Contact Music is reporting that Diddy now wants to be referred to by his first and middle name, Sean John, which is also the name of his fashion line.
If true, this marks the fifth time his moniker has changed since 1988, when he began promoting parties at Howard University under the name Puff Daddy.
The Web site quotes him as saying: "I have always evolved and taken a different name each time. It's nothing unusual where I come from. Right now I want to be Sean John because that's where I am."
"Sean John," whose last name is Combs, has also gone by the names Puff, Puffy, P. Diddy and Diddy.
