A California auto customizer is suing Lil' Wayne for nonpayment, and he's holding onto Weezy's Bentley until he gets his money.
Lemarck DeAndre claims that Wayne (born Dwayne Michael Carter, Jr.) owes him $80,000, according to the Smoking Gun.
DeAndre filed the suit against the self professed greatest rapper alive last month with the Alameda Superior court, alleging the performer agreed to pay at least $120,000 for the repair and refurbishment of a 1999 burgundy Bentley. DeAndre said Wayne made good on only $78,000 and left him hanging for the remainder.
He charges Wayne owes nearly $80,000 in fees for the storage of the luxury whip. The car was apparently going to be shipped from northern California to Wayne in Louisiana, but DeAndre's holding onto the wheels for payment.
This isn't the first time Young Money has been accused of running out on a tab.
Late last year, New Orleans-based Jack Sutton Fine Jewelry filed a lawsuit against Weezy in Miami-Dade Circuit Court alleging the rapper owes him $146,000 on a $170,000 jewelry purchase.
