Jamaican Model Lands GQ Cover

Saint International Jamaican Model Tafari Hinds has etched his name in the fashion history books as the first black male model to make the cover of fashions premier male fashion bible GQ Style.

This comes on the heels of the release of his currently running French Connection UK Campaign. Tafaris face appears on billboards, buses, tube/train stops, points-of-sale and magazines such as Esquire and Details across the world. His French Connection campaign has caused quite a stir in the international fashion circles. Tafari is said to be the first black face to be featured for the prestigious and sometimes controversial brand, think FCUK. The campaign was photographed by Ben Dunbar and styled by David Lam (the same team that booked him for the ground-breaking GQ Style cover shoot).

'I am ecstatic,' beamed an understandably proud Deiwght Peters, of Saint International 'Tafari has been very focused and professional over the years and has stayed true to his mission. He deserves all the success, Tafaris success is consistent with the Saints rich and sophisticated legacy,' Peters commented.

The combination of both assignments has catapulted Tafari to the upper echelons of male fashion across the world. Tafari is featured on the cover and a stunning page on the inside of the fashion story. This is not Tafaris first appearance for GQ Style. His first editorial for British GQ STYLE supplement was shot by famous photographer David Slipjer. Tafaris other editorial accomplishments include Esquire, ID, British Vogue, Ten Magazine and Arena Magazine.
