Prince Sues Michael Jackson (Not That Prince)
The prince of Bahrain has filed suit against Michael Jackson, claiming the singer reneged on his agreement to record two albums and produce a Broadway show, in exchange for the prince's payment of Jackson's accommodations and legal fees during Jackson's child molestation trial.
Jackson stayed in the Middle Eastern nation, while Prince Abdulla Al-Khalifa handled legal fees and paid MJ's lawyers in negotiating with Sony and Fortress Trust.
Jackson was recently sued by lawyers who actually worked on his child molestation case and say he never paid them, as well as several others with whom the superstar settled in court.
The prince says Jackson hasn't returned a single telephone call since he left Bahrain.
