The Dean's List - Chief Moore - A Man Of His Word When talking to Rochester Police Chief Moore on Monday, he promised that he would personally deliver good news to the family of James Slater as soon as he could.

We promised to support the Chief in his efforts to clean up Rochester streets if showed that he was an honest man and true to his word and motives.
