Two incidents that the Rochester Police Department need your help with:
WE NEED YOUR HELP
On Thursday, October 5, 2007 at approximamtely 9:00 PM, the Rochester Police Department responded to the area of 136 Barons Street for the report of a male shot. The male victim was located and transported to Strong Memorial Hospital where he later died.
We have little information regarding what occurred other than that Mr. James Slater was walking down the street when he was shot. He may have been the victim of a robbery.

On Saturday, September 29, 2007 at approximately 7:30 PM, the Rochester Police Department responded to the intersection of Dewey Avenue and Driving Park Avenue for the report of a very large fight. When officers arrived at the scene they located Latasha Shaw, 36, with severe stab wounds. Latasha was transported to the hospital in an attempt to save her life, but she was not able to overcome her injuries. She died shortly after being transported to the hospital.
