50 Cent 5 Borough Tour Has Surprise Guests
by BIRD

50 Cent continued his 5-borough tour last night (September 16), stopping by the Bronx's X Bar to perform for a packed house. In addition to being accompanied by G-Unit, 50 called Remy Ma and Jae Hood onstage - both rappers that 50 has publicly dissed - as a special surprise.

Security appeared to be tough at the venue last, possibly in light of 50's previous beef with Fat Joe, head of Remy Ma's former Terror Squad crew. However, despite being in Joey Crack's part of the city, 50's performance won a stamp of approval - and a few dropped jaws - from the Bronx audience.

According to one attendee, 50 hit the stage around 7:30 p.m. and quickly got the crowd moving.

"Tony Yayo came out first," said audience member Douglass B. "They was like 'Yo there will be some shocking sh*t going on tonight.' Whoo Kid, the whole G-Unit was there together. Young Buck, Lloyd Banks, it seemed like they had unity. He did a couple new songs, they did 'Curtis 187,' he did 'Man Down,' then the 'Lean Back' beat comes on, and he brings out Remy Martin. She does the 'Lean Back' verse, people in there was losing they mind."

Remy exited the stage after hugging and kissing 50, but the surprises didn't end there. Former D-Block member Jae Hood also made an appearance at the X Bar concert.

"(50) was like 'Expect the unexpected...Jae Hood where you at?' Then, Jae Hood comes onstage," Douglass added. "When people seen that people were like 'what the ----!?' When Jae Hood came onstage the 'F*** D-Block' [song] came on. Jae Hood was nodding his head and raising his hands up and that ***** stayed onstage the whole time for the rest of the show."

The Bronx show is not the first time 50 has appeared with former rivals. Dipset members Jim Jones and Juelz Santana also showed up onstage with 50 during a previous 5 borough tour stop and Jones also made a "Rap City" appearance with Fif last week. Dipset member Hell Rell recently told said that unlike Jones, his loyalty lies with Cam'ron and he would never "sleep with the enemy."

50's performance seems to have only created more questions in the minds of rap fans.

"It blew my mind," said one fan, who witnessed the show. "Alright the kid leaves D-Block -fine-but for him to be standing next to 50 after all that **** that he talked proved two things: The rap beef is not as real as we think it is and Jae Hood is a piece of ****. For loyal fans of the Lox, Jadakiss, Styles P and Sheek, this kid has been D-Block, he has D-Block tattooed to his neck. You know how these cats be beefin' and sh*t. I just never thought Jae Hood would be this kind of disloyal but I guess he really was going through some things with the Lox, that's like Memphis Bleek chillin' with Dame Dash, that sh*t was just weird."
