Usher's putting a cork on the reports spilling out about his upcoming wedding to Tameka Foster. After reports surfaced this week that the 28-year-old R&B star planned to wed his expectant fianceé Ħt the end of the month in the Hamptons, Usher issued an open letter to "People" magazine yesterday, saying he and Tameka plan to keep information about their pending nuptials "private." Usher also used the letter to clear up some other rumors about his relationship with Tameka and reports that he threatened radio personality Tom Joyner after Joyner reportedly joked about the rumored tension between Tameka and Usher's mother. Usher said, quote, "I have never threatened or harassed anyone from any media format." About his relationship with Tameka who is eight years his senior, Usher said, quote, "I am happy, excited, completely clear and independent on my direction, feelings, decisions and I am not being led."
