Beyoncé ©s calling a pyrotechnics accident at a stop on her concert tour "unfortunate." In an exclusive statement to "Entertainment Tonight," the former Destiny's Child singer said she visited two hospitalized fans who were injured at her Sunday night show in St. Louis, Missouri. Beyoncé¬ said she was grateful to learn that both fans will be okay after the mishap. She also thanked fans for their support, adding, quote, "Their safety and well-being will always be a top priority." According to the "St. Louis Post-Dispatch," the fans who required medical attention were hit by out-of-control pyrotechnics. They were taken out of the arena by event staff and rushed to the hospital. Beyonce's tour continues tomorrow night with a show in Monterrey, Mexico.
