R. Kelly's back at the top of the album charts. New Nielsen Soundscan figures show Kelly's latest album, the double-disc set "Double Up" featuring the hit single "I'm A Flirt," moved more than 386-thousand copies in its first week out in stores to debut at number one on the Billboard 200 Album chart. "Double Up" is the singer's sixth chart-topping debut in his 15-year career. In fact, MTV.com reports that of the eleven albums Kelly released, all but one has opened at either number one or number two. The sole exception was his 1992 debut album, "Born Into the '90s."
