Prince's next song could be coming to your phone soon if you use Verizon Wireless. According to Billboard.com, "Guitar," the first single from Prince's upcoming album "Planet Earth," will arrive in July. Verizon Wireless customers can get it for free if they take part in an online demo of the company's new Song ID music identification service. The Song ID demo will be available on Verizon's website, as well as video outlets like YouTube and MySpace. A Verizon rep says that since no record label is involved with "Planet Earth," it enabled the company to "work very closely" with Prince. The purple-loving singer will also be featured in a new TV ad campaign for the cell-phone company. Prince is currently without a label contract after issuing his 2006 album "3121" through Universal. His summer plans include shows in Los Angeles and London, along with launching a perfume called "3121."
