Brandy Sued Again in Fatal Accident

Brandy has one more lawsuit to contend with in connection with last December's fatal car accident in Los Angeles. TMZ.com reports the singer-actress is now being sued by Mallory Ham, another motorist involved in the chain-reaction accident who was cited in a previous suit for alleged reckless and careless driving. Ham claims Brandy, quote, "recklessly, wantonly, unlawfully and maliciously" operated her car. Ham is seeking compensation for unspecified medical bills, pain and suffering, legal costs and punitive damages. Brandy is also facing other suits, including a 50-milion-dollar action being brought by the parents of the victim of the crash. Brandy has since filed court papers saying that she denies any wrongdoing in the accident.
