Louise Slaughter Vs. Maggie Brooks Watch Live Here
U.S. Rep. Louise Slaughter, D-Fairport, and Monroe County Executive Maggie Brooks, R-Webster, will debate for the first time at 8 p.m. Friday.
Brooks hopes to unseat Slaughter in the new 25th District, which includes most of Monroe County. The debate comes in the midst of a contentious campaign that has attracted millions in advertising dollars. A Voice of the Voter poll released Sunday showed Slaughter 5 percentage points ahead of Brooks.
